local pickup is available in brooklyn, ny by appointment only. purchased items must be picked up within 7 days unless otherwise arranged in writing.

all shipments are carefully packed and fully insured. in the rare event that an item arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the item and packaging so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

buyers are responsible for ensuring that purchased items will fit through entryways, stairwells, elevators, and intended spaces prior to delivery.
